i have noticed xbox fan boys/gals post news about software sales. it is deemed at a last ditch attempt to fight for their console. but not with the sony fanboys/gals.

mass effect is a very good game. some issues, yes. but i love the story and cant wait to continue the story.
these chip designs cause be used for the next xbox/ps3.
i dont mean AMD doing it. but the way these chiips are going these next consols are going to be power houses!!!!

i wouldnt think so. a console is more profitable later in its life because costs of making fall dramaticaly because of out dated hardware.
the orriginal xbox was in a differant situation. they needed to get to the next gen quickly and get the xbox name out.

IT TOOK SONY 3 ATTEMPTS TO GET IT NEAR ENOUGH PERFECT and they are a hardware comapny dont forget.
if it takes microsoft 3 tries to get it right i reckon that is an acheivment.
the original xbox had a far less reliabilty problem then the ps2.
i believe that microsoft will do a sony on the 3rd console. they will get it right next time.

i have noticed that aswell. 'sir ken' and 'king kaz' i have never seen such fanboys with ideas that they have. they only see one side of the argument. lucky for me and many other decent contributors on this n4g. we see both and have the best of both worlds.

you cannot get chainsawed by your teamates. evan if freindly fire is on. they can kill you blow you up but not chainsaw. ask any body who has played it. what you say chainsawing teamates does not exist!!
the types of enemys on the doom is nothing but great. what a clssic franchise :)
I WAS ALWAYS THINKING OF THIS GAME. ever since 2005 when i got my 360 and 1 year later when i got my ps3. i loved doom for the ps1.actually come to think of it. you can buy doom on the xbox live market place, dont know about psn though. ther is nothing better(well when i say nothing, i mean most things.)then 4 player death match or 4 player campaign on NIGHTMARE mode.

@ my comment above; i think i got confused with RED RAY lol
they could use HD VMD. this holds 200 layers and can hold up to 1000gb but this comes out in 2010 i think. correct me if i am wrong. just in time for the new xbox?
